DINMOHMAD Vs. STATE OF GUJARAT

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Sec. 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the applicants for seeking quashment of the FIR being C.R. No.11195018200476/ 2020 lodged before Dhanera Police Station, District Banaskantha.

(2.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Dhaval D. Vyas for the applicants, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Soham Joshi for respondent No.1 State and learned advocate Mr. Mahendra U. Vyra for respondent No.2.

(3.) Both learned advocates have jointly submitted that during pendency of this proceedings, matter is amicably resolved between the parties and no further grievance of whatsoever nature left between the parties and as such have requested that continuation of this proceeedings would create hardship to the parties and would not be in the interest of harmony between both the sides and as such FIR impugned may be quashed in the interest of justice.
