JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed seeking regularization of services of the petitioner upon completion of 10 years of service.

(2.) Brief facts of the case are that on 10/5/1995, the petitioner was appointed as part - time sweeper in the Office of respondent No.4. It is the case of the petitioner that from inception she has worked continuously and diligently with the Office of respondent No.4 till date. She has nearly completed 27 years of continuous service. As the petitioner's services have not been regularized, aggrieved by such non action present petition is filed.

(3.) Heard learned advocate Mr. N.D. Songara for the petitioner. He submitted that pursuant to Government Resolution dtd. 16/7/2019, minimum pay scale of Rs.14,800.00 per month, has been granted to the petitioner. He submitted that similarly situated employees have filed petition being SCA No. 5564 of 2020, wherein, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has pleased pass following order:
