JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present application under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant has prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with the FIR being C.R. No.11205043221038 of 2022 dtd. 17/10/2022 registered with 'B' Division Bhuj Police Station, District : Kutch West - Bhuj for the offences punishable under Ss. 387 , 120B , 34 of Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard learned Senior Counsel Mr. N.D. Nanavati with learned advocate Mr. Dipak N. Joshi appearing for the applicant and learned Senior counsel Mr. S.I. Nanavati with learned advocate Mr. Digant Kakkad appearing for the original complainant and learned APP appearing for the respondent - State.

(3.) As per the FIR registered by one Anantbhai Chamanlal Thakkar registered on 17/10/2022 under Sec. 387 , 120B and 34 of Indian Penal Code. The first informant has stated that he is residing at the address stated in the complaint at Aadipur and carrying business in the name of N.B.F.C. Bank at Patel Chambers at Bhuj as well as at Gandhidham and his commuting from Bhuj to Gandhidham through Innova Car.
