JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Sahil Trivedi waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to grant last increment for the service the petitioner rendered, for the period 1/7/2013 to 30/6/2014 and consequently to revise the pension with other retiral benefits. It is also prayed to make payment of arrears with interest.
