JUDGEMENT

(2.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Dave for the petitioner and learned APP Mr.Jayswal for the respondent-state.

(3.) Learned advocate Mr.Dave has drawn attention of this Court to the communication dtd. 8/2/2020 annexed at Annexure 'B' to this petition and submitted that the Police Inspector, Wadaj Police Station, Ahmedabad city has communicated by way of the said communication that since there is a civil dispute involved, the complaint cannot be registered and the application given by the petitioner was ordered to be filed. However, he submitted that the dispute is of a serious nature which needs to be investigated and therefore prayed for certain directions.
