JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present petition, following prayers have been made:

Considering the acquisition proceedings which had concluded way back in the year 1989 and the fact that the land which was allegedly acquired, has been handed over to some third party and the fact that there is a huge delay of more than 35 years, only on this ground, the petition is not being entertained.

(3.) The petition is dismissed.
