JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave to amend the cause title of the petition, inasmuch as the name of the petitioner be corrected to Patel Sonaliben instead of Patel Sonalben.

(2.) Though served none appears for respondent no. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent no. 1.

(3.) By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed that her name in the birth certificate be changed as Sonaliben instead of Sonalben. She has further prayed that in her birth certificate name of her father be shown as Patel Vinodkumar Babubhai instead of Pa Vinodkumar Babubhai and accordingly the order dtd. 20/9/2022 be quashed and set aside.
