JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs.

(2.) At the outset, when the matter was called out, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Chavda has, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner makes fresh representation to the Collector, Morbi, Collector will decide the same within a period of six weeks from today.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid statement being made, learned advocate Mr.Dipak Patel for the petitioner has agreed to file a fresh representation in addition to those are already made to the competent authorities.
