JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application is filed by the applicant, seeking regular bail, in connection with the FIR registered with ACB Police Station, District: Rajkot Vide I-CR No. 11208055210357 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Ss. 65E, 81, 116B of the Gujarat Prohibition Act and Ss. 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 of IPC.
