(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Viral K. Shah for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Dhawan Jayswal for the respondent No.1.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dtd. 7/2/2023, one Mr.Ajaykumar Maganlal Sidhdhapara, Assistant District Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Housing), Rajkot has tendered an affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the respondent No.3. The relevant portion reads as under :

(3.) In view of the above averments made on oath on behalf of the respondent No.3, the grievance raised in this petition would not survive and the respondent No.3 is directed to adhere to what is stated on oath before this Court.
