JUDGEMENT

(1.) These three applications arise out of one and the same First Information Report and hence, they are decided by this common order.

(2.) A complaint being FIR No.11210015230045 came to be registered with D.C.B. Police Station, Surat City for offences under Sec. 406 , 409 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 34 and 120B of IPC against the applicants herein.

(3.) Heard learned advocate Mr. H.C. Desai for the applicants, learned APP assisted by learned advocate Mr. Bairagar for the respondent-complainant and perused the material produced on record, including the police report submitted by the learned APP.
