JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY order dated 25.9.2013, the Court requested Ms.Ahuja, learned advocate to appear on behalf of the petitioner so as to protect interest of the petitioner since learned advocate appointed by High Court Legal Services Committee as advocate for the petitioner has not been attending the hearing and grievance was made by the petitioner.

(2.) AFTER the order dated 25.9.2013, Mr.Barod, learned advocate appeared today. He is directed to continue/attend the hearing of present petition as advocate appointed by High Court Legal Services Committee for the petitioner.

(3.) HOWEVER , as amicus curie Ms.Ahuja will continue to appear on behalf of the petitioner, for which she has fairly consented.
