JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY way of present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for quashing and setting aside the order dated 15th September, 2009 passed by the respondent- authority, whereby the respondent reduced the pay of the petitioner with retrospective effect and also ordered consequential recovery from the pay of the petitioner.

(2.) HEARD Mr.T.R. Mishra, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a group of cognate petitions being Special Civil Application No.7391 of 2009 and allied matters, has been disposed of by this Court (Coram : M.R. Shah, J.) by order dated 15th June, 2010. The said order passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.7391 of 2009 and allied matters, has been made available for my perusal which reads as under:

(3.) IN the above view of the matter, I am of the opinion that the present petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid decisions. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary and following the decisions of this Court in Special Civil Application No.7391 of 2009 and allied matters as well as in Letters Patent Appeal No.1868 of 2010 to 1903 of 2010, the present petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
