JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present application is for interim injunction pending the First Appeal against the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court which is impugned in the First Appeal.

(2.) WE have heard Mr.Mehul Shah with Mr.Dholika for the applicant and Mr.Ravani for the respondents decree holders.

(3.) MR .Shah for the applicant states that the amount has been deposited.
