(1.) RULE . Learned advocate Mr. Shaikh waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent No.1.

(2.) BY way of this petition, the petitioner seeks following relief :

(3.) LEARNED advocate for the petitioner states that various representations have been made by the petitioner, but the respondents Authorities have not paid any heed to the representation/request. Therefore, he states that the Authorities are required to be directed to consider the representation. He also states that petitioner may be permitted to make fresh representation along with copies of this petition and annexed documents, to the Authorities.
