JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Letters Patent Appeal has been filed by the appellants challenging the order passed by the Learned single Judge on 13 th September 2012, in Special Civil Application No. 13542 of 2009.

(2.) BRIEF facts of the case are that the appellants have obtained their Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicines and Surgery degree in the year 1999 and 2000 respectively. Thereafter, the appellant No. 1 was appointed as Medical Officer and appellant no. 2 was appointed as tutor/Lecturer in Sri Ramkrishna Sewa Mandal Trust, Homeopathy Medical Hospital /College, Anand.

(3.) BOTH the appellants applied for admission. Alongwith their applications they annexed certificates which show that both of them having teaching experience as lecturer.
