JUDGEMENT

(1.) EARLIER , when this matter was placed before the Vacation Court, the learned Single Judge passed the following order;

(2.) TODAY also, the corpus was produced before us and when we ascertained her wish, she reiterated that she is not willing to go with the petitioner, i.e. her father.

(3.) IN above view of the matter, keeping in mind interest of all the concerned, we pass the following order;
