THE present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No. I -48/2012 registered with B -Division Police Station,Bhavnagar for the offences punishable under Sections 363,364A, 395, 397,376(g),342,346,450,120B, 201 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with sec. 135 of the Bombay Police Act.

(3.) LEARNED Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. Monali Bhatt appearing for the respondent -State has opposed grant of bail.
