JUDGEMENT

(1.) WITH the consent of the learned advocates for both the sides all the appeals are finally heard.

(2.) AS all the appeals arise from the common judgment and award passed by the Reference Court they are being considered simultaneously.

(3.) THE present appeals are directed against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference Nos.303 to 307 of 2011 whereby the Reference Court has awarded compensation at Rs.64.00 per sq.mtr., plus statutory benefit of increase in the amount of compensation under Section 23(1 -A), solatium under Section 23(2) and interest under Section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act (hereinafter referred to the Act ).
