JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE . Learned AGP Mr.Patel waives service of rule on behalf of respondents.

(2.) THE petitioner by this petition has prayed for the appropriate writ to direct the respondent to decide the application of the petitioner for additional compensation based on the decision of the reference Court.

(3.) MR .Patel, learned AGP states that such application shall be decided within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
