RESPONDENT No.2 herein lodged complaint/FIR dated 9.2.2013 with Jamnagar City 'A' Division Police Station which is registered as I CR No.31/2013, wherein the complaint has alleged offence punishable under Sections 326, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of IPC and Section 25(1)C of the Arms Act as well as Section 135(1) of the Bombay Police Act.

(3.) THE said complaint/FIR dated 9.2.2013 was registered as I CR No.31/2013 at Jamnagar City 'A' Division Police Station. The applicants herein are original accused in the said complaint.
