JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this petition, Rajkumar Silk Mills through its Partner- Shri Swami Rajbharati Chananmal Sahani, has approached this Court being aggrieved by an order dated 11.9.2004 passed below Exh. 6 in Special Civil Suit No3. 214 of 2004 by the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Surat.
