(3.) THE short facts leading to filing of S.C.A. No.11305 of 2003 are that the petitioner was appointed as Stenographer Grade IIIcumTelex Operator in the respondentworkman. In the year 1994, the petitioner was promoted as Stenographer GradeII in the pay scale of Rs.14002600/. Since other persons in the same cadre were getting the pay scale of Rs.16402900/, the petitioner made representation to the respondentauthority to also grant him the same benefit. On 23.6.1995, the pay scale of the petitioner was fixed in the pay scale of Rs.16402900/. However, on 8.9.2000, the pay scale of the petitioner was withdrawn and consequential recovery is also made from the pay scale of the petitioner. Hence, this petition.
