JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr.J.S.Yadav, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, Mr.Hemang Shah, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and Mr.Biharibhai Shah, Senior partner of respondent no.2.

(2.) IT appears from the record of the present report that M/s. Gujarat Telephone Cables Ltd. (In Liquidation) was ordered to be wound up by order dated 12.03.2008 passed by this Court in Company Petition No.253 of 2008. It reveals from the order that the Official Liquidator took possession of the movable properties of the Company (In Liquidation), situated at Village Chharodi, Tal: Sanand, Dist: Ahmedabad.
