JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed praying for the following reliefs.

(2.) Heard Ms.Mohini Bhavsar, learned advocate for Mr.Bharat Jani, learned advocate for the petitioners, Mr.Satyam Chhaya, learned advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Ms.Bhatt, learned AGP for respondent No.3.

At this stage, Ms.Bhavsar, learned advocate for the petitioners prays to permit the petitioners to withdraw this petition with a view to approach the concerned authority under sec. 70 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act 1976. Permission as prayed for is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
