(1.) We have heard Mr. S.S. Sanjanwala, the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant [original appellant].

(2.) Let Notice be issued to the opponent no.2 only i.e.the District Collector, Ahmedabad, returnable on 13/1/2022.

(3.) We would like to know from the Collector, Ahmedabad as to what steps have been taken after the order came to be passed by this Court dtd. 20/10/2021 in the Letters Patent Appeal No.728 of 2018.
