JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed seeking following prayers:-

(2.) Learned advocate Mr. Varis Isani appearing for the petitioner has urged that the attachment has been lifted by the State in this matter. The challenge was made to the very attachment and hence, nothing survives. He therefore seeks withdrawal of this petition.

(3.) Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
