JUDGEMENT

(1.) By an order dtd. 15/11/2022, the D.C.P. (Zone 5) Ahmedabad City was directed to look into the matter and to file affidavit in the matter. The matter was adjourned to 20/12/2022.

(2.) Today, corpus - respondent No.5 herein - Nita wife of Jagdishbhai Gohil, along with son Shreyansh aged about 8 years as well as another child aged about 3 months and the petitioner - Jagdishbhai Hirjibhai Gohil have remained present. The corpus has come along with Amrutji Babuji, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Buckle No.7755 along with Kaushlyaben Somabhai, Woman Police Constable, Buckle No.6468 of Nikol Police Station.

(3.) The matter was taken up in the chamber.
