(1.) Learned advocate for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks and is granted permission to withdraw Special Civil Application No.22506 of 2019. Special Civil Application No.22506 of 2019 stands disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as Special Civil Application No.22294 of 2019 is concerned, the petitioner nos.1, 2, 3, 10, 12, 13, 15 to 23, 25, 26, 28, 30 to 32, 34, 36, 41 and 42 seeks permission to withdraw this petition as per the affidavit dated 20.04.2022 filed by them. Permission as prayed for is granted. This petition stands disposed of as withdrawn qua petitioner nos.1, 2, 3, 10, 12, 13, 15 to 23, 25, 26, 28, 30 to 32, 34, 36, 41 and 42 only.

(3.) So far as Special Civil Application No.22479 of 2019 is concerned, the petitioner no.9 seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. This petition stands disposed of as withdrawn qua petitioner no.9 only.
