RAMILABEN KISHANBHAI MAJIRANA Vs. STATE OF GUJARAT

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner who happens to be mother of her two daughters, namely, Tanu Kishanbhai Bhil aged about 22 years and Sonal Kishanbhai Bhil who has recently completed 18 years of age on 4/12/2022 (as her date of birth is 4/12/2004 according to Birth Certificate as well as Aadhar Card), has alleged that respondent Nos.5 to 7 have illegally detained her daughters.

(2.) On 29/11/2022, the petitioner as well as both the corpus remained present and as per their wish, they were sent to Sakhi One Stop, Sector 12, Gandhinagar. Since respondent Nos.5 and 6 were not served, the matter was adjourned to today.

(3.) The respondent Nos.5 and 6 - Samir Yakubbhai Shaikh and Salmaben Yakubbhai Shaikh have also remained present.
