JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:

(2.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Vimal Purohit for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Akash Chhaya for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. Though served, no one appears for contesting Respondent No.5.

(3.) The coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dtd. 11/12/2018, had issued Rule in the matter and had confirmed the interim relief granted earlier vide order dtd. 22/2/2017 and since the matter is listed today for final hearing, the matter is taken up for final hearing.
