(1.) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed with prayers as under:

(2.) Proceedings in the Revision Application is against the order dated 10- 06-2021 passed by the Collector, Morbi.

(3.) Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that Revision Application along with Stay Application was filed on 6/8/2021. Thereafter, same was listed only once in the month of February, 2022 and thereafter, the matter has not been listed at any point of time.
