JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayers:-

(2.) At the outset, learned advocate Ms.Megha Jani appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority, which is pending.

(3.) Learned AGP Mr.Sahil Trivedi has tendered a communication dtd. 14/6/2022 in this regard. The same is ordered to be taken on record. As per the said communication, the appeal of the petitioner has been heard on 5/4/2022 personally by the Appellate Authority in his office and accordingly, an order would be passed within a period of 7 days.
