JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Trivedi, learned AGP states that the respondents are reinstated in the service. He under the instructions of the officer Mr. S.T. Gamit, Superintendent Engineer, Panam Project Circle, who is present before this Court, further states that the order with regard to the retirement benefits shall be passed at the earliest, but not later than 23/12/2022. He further states that the separate order of granting continuity of service as directed by this Court shall also be passed on or before 23/12/2022.

(2.) In view of the aforesaid statement, the present applications are disposed of. Notice is discharged.
