JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Aakash Modi for the applicant.

(2.) Learned advocate Mr.Modi referred to the order dtd. 26/11/2021 passed by this Court in Official Liquidator Report No.5 of 2019 in Company Petition No.157 of 1995 and relied upon the following paragraphs in the said order :

(3.) In view of the above order passed by this Court, learned advocate Mr.Modi seeks permission to withdraw this application to consider application filed before the Official Liquidator requesting the Official Liquidator to re-verify the claim of the applicant of the Company Application.
