JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this application filed under Sec. 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant seeks to release her passport No.K 0922943 which has been deposited as per condition No.6 of the order dtd. 10/3/2021 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadiad, in Criminal Misc. Application No. 197/2021.

(2.) The applicant herein moved an application for temporary release of passport before the Court concerned, which came to be rejected vide order dtd. 5/1/2022.

(3.) This Court has heard learned counsel for the applicant Mr.Darshit Brahmbhatt, and learned APP for the State Ms. Krina Calla.
