JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Appeal from Order is directed against order dtd. 25/11/2010 passed by Additional Senior Civil Judge, Valsad, Camp Vapi below Exh. 5 in Special Civil Suit No. 90 of 2009.

(2.) The note made by the Registry would indicate that the suit itself having been disposed of by the trial court by order dtd. 2/5/2016, the present Appeal from Order would not survive for consideration and accordingly, it stands dismissed.

(3.) All pending applications, if any, stands consigned to records.
