JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rituraj M. Meena, learned advocate for the petitioners. He would fairly submit that the issue raised in the present petitions is decided by this Court vide order dtd. 6/4/2022 passed in Special Civil Application No.6649 of 2022. The order reads as under:

(2.) In view of above, the petitions lack merits and deserve to be dismissed and accordingly the same are dismissed. No costs.
