JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Shivang Thacker for the applicant.

(2.) By this report under sec. 481 of the Companies Act, 1956, the official Liquidator has prayed for dissolution of the company, named, M/s. Mansukhram Textiles Pvt. Ltd. (In Liquidation), which was ordered to be wound up vide order dtd. 26/6/1985 passed in Company Petition No.111 of 1983.

(3.) The records indicates that the amount of Rs.16,04,860.00 has been disbursed in favour of the workers in terms of order dtd. 19/11/2003 and amounts of Rs.80,00,000.00 and Rs.9,50,000.00 also disbursed in favour of Bank of India the secured creditors of the Company in terms of order dtd. 26/12/2003 and 13/2/2004.
