(2.) RULE returnable forthwith. Mr.Kurven Desai learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Ms.R.V.Acharya learned advocate waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent No.4.

(3.) As far as prayer is concerned, this Court vide decision dtd. 2/2/2022 rendered in Special Civil Application No.6973 of 2019, held that the petitioners therein are entitled to the first higher grade pay scale of Rs.2000.003500/-.
