JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) The petitioner is seeking a direction on the respondent authorities to release the vehicles being excavators being (i) Hyundai Excavator Model No.210, Serial No.HYNDN633PE0005174, Engine Serial No.12H8495603, (ii) Hyundai Excavator Model No.210, Serial No.N633D04206, (iii) Hyundai Excavator Model No.210, Serial No.N633D02538 and (iv) Hyundai Excavator Model No.210, Serial No.N633D02540, which are of the ownership of the petitioner.
