(1.) This application is filed by the applicants - accused under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with C. R. No. 11993004220138 of 2022 registered with Bhachau Police Station, District: Kachchh for the offences punishable under Ss. 65(a), 65(e), 116(b), 98(2) and 81 of the Prohibition Act.
