JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these petitions are filed by the petitioners challenging the select list dtd. 27/2/2020 prepared for recruitment to the post of Assistants in the subordinate Courts.

(2.) For the purposes of this judgment, facts of Special Civil Application No.6917 of 2020 shall be considered.

(3.) The High Court on its administrative side issued an advertisement on 12/6/2018 for recruitment to the posts of Assistants in Subordinate Courts in the State of Gujarat. The advertisement was for total 767 vacancies. The breakup of the number of vacancies which was advertised was as under:
