JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application under Sec. -24 of the Civil Procedure Code,1908 (for short the Code) is filed by the applicant- wife to transfer the H.M.P. No. 213 of 2021, which is pending before the the Family Court at Vadodara to Family Court at Ahmedabad.

(2.) Heard learned advocate Ms. Sheeja Nayar for the applicant. Though notice is served, none is present for the respondent.
