JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicants - Accused under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicants on Regular Bail in connection with I-C.R. No. 11195007220110 of 2022 registered with Bhabhar Police Station, District : Banaskantha for the offences punishable under Ss. 181, 182, 193, 205, 419, 465, 468, 471, 120B , 34 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard learned Advocate Ms. Dilbur Contractor for the Applicants and learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri for the Respondent State.
