(1.) The present petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:

(2.) Learned advocate Mr.Nilesh Shah appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is entitled to the benefits of the Government Resolution dtd. 17/10/1988. However, the same is not conferred to him.
