JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this note for speaking to minutes, some typographical errors have been pointed out in the CAV Order dtd. 4/4/2022. The said mistakes are corrected as under:

(2.) In para 7(f), Rule 6(4) is quoted. In the 4th line of that sub-rule, the word 'mat' shall now be read as 'may'.

(3.) In the 4th line of para 8, the word 'Assistant' shall now read as 'Additional'.
