(1.) By this application, the applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with the FIR being C.R.No. 11202002212365 of 2021 registered at City 'C' Division Police Station, Jamnagar, for the offence punishable under Ss. 406, 420, 409, 465, 4671, 201 and 120B of IPC
