JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 24/8/2022 the court had an occasion to pass following order.

(2.) Today when the petition comes up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Krutik Parikh stated that the compliance of the earlier direction have been made by the authorities. In this regard, he produces receipt dtd. 29/8/2022 and other documents evidencing the compliance.

(3.) Learned advocate Mr.Uchit Sheth does not dispute and accept that the directions in the earlier order have been complied with. He therefore does not press the present petition.
