JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition is filed praying for the following reliefs:-

By the impugned notice dtd. 22/6/2022 (Annexure-A to the petition), the Surat Municipal Corporation has directed the Society to stop the use of the residential buildings as they were in dilapidated condition. The said impugned notice was based on the report of the SV National Institute of Technology - respondent No.5 herein.

(3.) The respondent No.5 - SV National Institute of Technology gave its report in respect of the respondent No.4 Society building with following recommendations:-
